Responsibilities

nPhase is a joint venture created by Verizon Wireless and Qualcomm to exploit opportunities presented by the growing machine to machine (m2m) space. nPhase is a dynamic flexible start-up that thrives on hard work and a passion for the products and solutions we create. The successful candidate will be responsible for various aspects of testing enterprise level applications. The successful candidate will need to have an excellent and thorough understanding as well as hands-on and practical experience with Enterprise solutions.

•Integration and performance testing of applications for various machine to machine (M2M) applications and communication platforms.

•Perform test planning and execution on various applications, features and/or protocols which will include end-to-end system verification in an Agile Development environment.

•Executing tests on protocols and applications developed across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

•Experience in Client/Server applications a must (including web services)

•Ability to perform test planning and test cases development based on user stories or high level feature concept reviews.

•Ability to perform exploratory testing over and above a list of test cases.

•Possesses mature debugging and troubleshooting skills

•Experience in PERL or other scripting languages

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•10-12 years of overall software testing experience

Education: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
